Symptom
When the user tries to open the app "Set Global Parameters" the following error is displayed:
"The kernel does not match the mimes version. Further proceeding will result in unpredictable behavior. Installation is damaged."
Environment
S/4HANA Cloud All Versions
Cause
After S/4HANA Cloud product upgrade/Hotfix Collection old cache will not be flushed from the browser cache.
Resolution
- Go to your browser settings.
- Clear browser cache.
- Close all open browser windows.
- Then try to open your system url and run the procedure.
