2833628 - The requested entity of type 'CHANNEL' does not exist

Symptom

You are using notification channel on Fiori Launchpad. You find the following GET request is getting 404 Not Found in the http trace:

/sap/opu/odata4/iwngw/notification/default/iwngw/notification_srv/0001/Channels(ChannelId='SAP_EMAIL')

And the error message is "The requested entity of type 'CHANNEL' does not exist".
