Symptom

After starting the extraction job for a hierarchy extractor from BODS (DATA SERVICE), the following error occurs in the ’Job Error Log' in BODS side:

ODP source returned error: <E: MESSAGE - The component table is empty. MESSAGE_V1 - The component table is empty.>
