Navigate to Add Contingent Worker wizard, fill the identity information details and move to Personal Information section. Here you can see that there is no option to add phone information.

Missing Configuration.

Configure Contingent Worker person type under phoneInfo HRIS element in Manage Business configuration.

After adding above person type we can see that Phone information can be added for contingent workers as below.
