2833657 - Not Able To Download Serial Numbers From Stock Overview

You want to download the inventory data displayed by the system in the Serial Inventory Overview. You see that the Export button is greyed out and are not able to download the data.

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Outbound Logistics work center.
2. Navigate to the Common Tasks view and select the option Serial Inventory Overview.
3. Enter the Product along with additonal relevant information in the selection area and choose the button Go.
4. The system displays the Product and Serial Number information.

You see that the Export button is greyed out.

You have not selected any of the line item displayed in the Serial Inventory Overview.

You will have to select atleast one line from the displayed result set to have the Export button enabled. Once the button is enabled you can export the displayed result set into an excel file.
