2833759 - Visits: Route Template with Removed Visit Prep Time Defaults to One Hour Prep Time

You removed the Visit Prep Time from your Visit Template but Routes created from the template receive the default one hour preparation time.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Visits work centre.
2. Go to the Routes view.
3. Click New -> type: Template.
4. Save and open.
5. Enter your required data (accounts etc.).
6. In the 'More Details' facet, remove the default entry for the field 'Visit Prep Time (Average)'.
7. Activate the template.
8. Actions > Create Route from Template.

In your newly created route you see the  'Visit Prep Time (Average)' has been defaulted to: 1 Hour(s).

When there is no entry for the field 'Visit Prep Time (Average)' the system defaults back to the default entry of 1 Hour(s).

To set a time of 0 Hour(s), edit the entry from 1 to 0.

1. Go to the Visits work centre.
2. Go to the Routes view.
3. Click New -> type: Template.
4. Save and open.
5. Enter your required data (accounts etc.).
6. In the 'More Details' facet, change the default entry for the field 'Visit Prep Time (Average)' from 1 to 0.
7. Activate the template.
8. Actions > Create Route from Template.

In your newly created route you see the  'Visit Prep Time (Average)' has been defaulted to: 0 Hour(s).
