2834042 - Error message REBPBP004 or REBPBP047 is raised when converting contract offer to contract

Symptom

In a contract offer, there is a BP with the role "TR0640 - Applicant". When converting the contract offer to contract, the BP role changed to "TR0600 - Master Tenant w.Cust.Acct", but the customer account is not created automatically.
