2834050 - Cannot create sample application following the Android SDK Wizard

Symptom

When click "finish" button on the last wizard screen to create a sample Android application, the error message would be generated in the stack trace log as below.

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.android.tools.idea.fd.InstantRunConfigurable PluginClassLoader[com.sap.cloud.assistant.android, 2.1.7]
