The following feature is missing:

Permission not granted

Like most of the functionality in SuccessFactors, access to this feature is also controlled through RBP.

Users will have to be granted the 'Manage Workforce Analytics' permission.

This is available in Administrator Permissions > Manage Dashboards / Reports.
