2834263 - What Permissions Control the Data Displayed in the Search Options on the Succession Org Chart?

What permission controls what users can be searched for in the 'People Search' and 'Position Search' options on the Succession Org Chart?

 

SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development

The 'People Search' option will display users based on the target population assigned to the logged in employee's 'User Search' permission.

 

The 'Position Search' option will display users based on the granting awarded to the employee for the MDF Position Object.

 

If you wish to restrict the users shown, please restrict the target population of each role which has the user search permission.
