2834604 - Sales Quote Pricing Status Changes From Calculated Successfully To Not Calculated

An approver approves the sales quote which leads to change in pricing status from calculated successfully to not calculated.

 Prerequisite: Sales Quote which has the Pricing status "Calculated Successfully" has been submitted for the Approval to assigned Approver.

1. Approver Logs into Fiori.
2. Go to Sales Work Center.
3. Go to Sales Quotes Work Center View.
4. Search and open the Sales Quote XXXX, (where XXXX represents sales quote ID).
5. Go to the Approval Facet.
6. Select the row and click in Check in Action Column for approving Sales Quotes.
7. Sales quote Pricing Status Changed from Calculated Successfully to Not Calculated

Approval of sales quote leads to redetermination of product/item quantities. This makes the pricing status in sales quote to change from "Calculated Successfully" to "Not Calculated" .

This is expected behavior. Pricing status will change from "calculated successfully" to "Not Calculated" in sales quote, if products/items quantity is redetermined while approving the Sales quote.

Details for the change in product/item quantities, can be viewed on the "Changes" facet of the Sales Quotes.

1. Go to Sales Work Center.
2. Go to Sales Quotes Work Center View.
3. Search and open the Sales Quote XXXX, (where XXXX represents sales quote ID).
4. Go to the Changes Facet.
5. Select the row and scroll down to view details towards the quantities changed.
