Job Application Candidate Statuses supported in Recruiting Business Rules.

SAP SucessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Configure Business Rules
2. Select Create Rule (+)
3. Select Recruiting
4. Select Job Application: Basic Business Rule Scenario
5. Fill in the Rule details:
   • Rule Name
   • Rule ID
   • Start Date
   • Job Requisition Template
6. Under the If statement click the dropdown menu for the expression and select:
7. Job Application Template -> Candidate -> Current Status

Not all statuses from the Candidate Status standard field will be supported in Business Rules and most of them are system statuses. These system statuses won't be available as they are already being used for backend rules in the way the system is designed. Here are a few examples:

• Forwarded Statuses
• Forwarded
• Invited To Apply
• System Statuses
• Default
• Requisition Closed
• Auto Disqualified
• Hired On Other Requisition
• Withdrawn Statuses
• Deleted On Demand By Candidate
• Deleted On Demand By Admin
• Declined DPCS
• Withdrawn By Candidate
• OnBoard Statuses
• On-Board

All remaining statuses, standard or custom, should be available to be selected in Business Rules.
