2834985 - How to configure the RFCs needed to work with Fiori My Inbox application to work with ChaRM documents - Solution Manager

• SAP Fiori My Inbox App
• Defining the RFC connections from Solution Manager to the SAP Fiori My Inbox application
• SAP Note 2590554 has been followed but not clear for the RFC connection
• Error ‘CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL’ when open the My inbox when SW component is ST-OST installed
• When approving in Fiori using a trusted authorization on a front-end server, the following error message is encountered:
  "Call of service/sap/opu/odata/sap/AI_CRM_GW_CM_TGW_TCM_PROVIDER_SRV/Decisionterminated because of an error. The following error text was processed in system :Incorrect Call of SET_CORE_AUTHENTICATE (1)The error occurred on the application server . The termination type was:ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE.If the termination type is RABAX_STATE, you will find more information in transaction ST22. If thetermination type is ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, you will find more information on the cause of termination intransaction SM21. If the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE, you can search for further information inthe trace file for the work process in transaction ST11.You may also need to analyze the trace files of otherwork processes. If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system adminmistrator.(HTTP/500/E/Internal Server Error)."
