Onboarding advanced report is taking a few hours to be completed.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to Onboarding > Reports > Advanced Reports;
2. Create and run a new report;
3. This report takes a few hours maybe a day to be completed.

The duration of execution time of any of the report depends upon the volume of data we are trying to fetch. If you are trying to fetch a huge amount of data, it is expected take more time to get the report processed.

• For this particular issue, you'll just have to wait until the report is complete.
• In case that report is pulling just a small amount of data or is stuck in awaiting or failed status, please raise a case to SAP SuccessFactors Cloud Support as described in: 2780758 - Advanced Reports Stuck in Awaiting Status or Being Cancelled [Import and Export] - Onboarding 1.0
