2835209 - Syntax error in program SAPLRSAC during XPRAS_AIMMRG phase of system upgrade

During BW system upgrade to NW 750 or above, SUM tool stops in MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG phase as the job RDDEXECL fails with following dump,

What happened?
Error in the ABAP application program.

The current ABAP program "SAPLRSAOU" had to be terminated because it found a
statement that could not be executed.
In include "LRSACF0H ", in line 1270 of program
"SAPLRSAC ", the following syntax errors
have occurred:
The data object "RSAOT_C_DATATYPE" does not have a component called "I
NT8", but there are the following components with similar names: "INT2
", "INT4", and "INT1".
