The readiness rating scale labels and/or values in Rating Scales does not match the ones defined in Edit Org Chart in Provisioning. This applies to all language locales in the system.

To correct data from Admin Center, please follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Succession - Configuring the Readiness Rating Scale via the Admin Center.

To correct the data in Provisioning, please follow the steps in Implementing and Managing Succession - Defining the Readiness Rating Scale in the Org Chart XML. As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage a Certified Partner to assist with this configuration.
