2835834 - Payroll Control Center: Technical service error during off-cycle payment

Symptom

  • You run an off-cycle payment in Payrol Control Center and get a technical service error. If you check the whole error text you can see "Error creating pay statement for XXXXXXXX"
  • Or you get a "technical service error" "CX_PYC_OFF_CYCLE\",\"message\":\"Error in class CL_PYC_OFF_CYCLE_PAYROLL======, GET_PAYSLIP_HRFORM : Form  does not exist\"
