2835970 - NT 2019.001 - Unexpected Rounding at TAG pMVAST (from %Value Add. ICMS ST field)

This issue can be presented in NFe documents created out of MM or SD processes.
The value of pMVAST in the NFe XML is rounded.
This can be seen on the NFe docnum field "%Value Add. ICMS ST", in comparison to the correct value previously seen in condition types like BST0 or ISTS when presented in previous MM and SD documents, respectively.
