SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting - All versions

The Contracts tab is used to control and store contract information the client has defined with each job board. Inside each contract you open within this tab, a new image is going to pop up with 4 other tabs: Pack Details, Associated Job Boards.

• Contract Details: This tab contains general information on the contract agreements you had with the job board. The client will use the actual contract information to fill this tab fields and there is currently no way to validate this information, other than checking it out with the job board team.
• The Credits field information, as well as all the other Contract Details tab fields, is also filled by the client with the information they got from the job board team when setting the formal contract. It is important to remember that the first number being provided to this field is under the client reponsability, which means that incorrect values added to this field will end up providing the client incorrect credit count values in the future.
• Associated Job Boards: This tab allows you to define the job boards that you wish to bind to the contract. Note that you cannot include in the same contract job boards that don't have the same consumption tracking system (credits, slots, etc.). More information on the Contracts tab:

• The information seen in this tab does not communicate with any other tool either inside or outside Recruiting Posting. For example, if you see a reporting tool with a field called Pack Details Start Date, please do not expect this information to communicate with the same data we have in the Contracts tab, under Contract Details. Even if the information is the same on both, they work (and are counted) separately.
• Please note that "Packs" tab will not appear in case of free job boards.
