2836022 - MRP Job failed in Schedule MRP Runs app

You have scheduled a job in Schedule MRP Runs app, the job shows Failed status. Message type: Error / Description: An error occurred. Please create an case on component PP-MRP.

This error occurs if the user who scheduled the job is out of the valid date or the user is locked.

1. Go to Maintain Business Users app.
2. Search for the user who scheduled the job.
3. Check if the user is on a valid date and / or if the user is locked.
4. If so, change user settings or reschedule the job with another user.
