Symptom

When trying to create an SDA connection or while creating a credential user, the following error occurs:

  • [129]: transaction rolled back by an internal error: Storing credential to the persistency failed - encryption failure: No current-key exists for caller: 'CredentialStore' and recordID: 'CredentialStore'

    or only:

  • [129]: transaction rolled back by an internal error: Storing credential to the persistency failed - encryption failure
