2836155 - Users not able to see Tiles in Report Center

Users are not able to see Tiles in Report Center even after being granted the permissions for the Tiles under concern.

• Dashboards and Tiles

Lack of Admin Permissions

If a user does not have admin permission for Tiles (Manage Dashboards/Reports ---> Analytics Tiles and Dashboard), tiles won't be visible for them in Report Center.

• This behavior is expected because without Admin permission users can't create / edit the Tiles.
• Even for Admins who can see the tiles, the Run permission is out as Tiles cannot be run from the Report Center page.
• For non-admins, the tiles will be visible only on the home page and /or mobile devices , based on the permission granted and the 'Availability' configured for the tile(s)
