Error displayed while accessing any existing plans under Headcount Planning - "Error occurred while fetching plan details"

1. Login to the instance.
 2. Navigate to "Manage Headcount Planning"
 3. Open an existing Plan
 4. Error displayed: "Error occurred while fetching plan details"

MDF configuration changes are not persisted in the instance.

Any MDF configuration changes require the MDF to DB Sync Job to be executed in order for the changes to be reflected in the instance immediately. This job ensures that the MDF Data Model is properly refreshed and that all changes are successfully synchronised.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Provisioning and open Manage Scheduled Jobs.

2. Create a new job with the Job Type set to "MDF Object Definition To DB Sync". Provide a Job Name and Job Owner, then configure the schedule as required.

3. Once the job has completed successfully, all MDF configuration changes will be persisted in the instance.

4. Re-open the affected plan — the error should no longer appear.
