The system is not accepting the newly uploaded image in the rewards and recognition home
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
- SAP SuccessFactors Rewards and Recognition
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Admin Center > Rewards and Recognition
- On the settings page, upload a photo in program photo
- Note that the photo defaults back to the old photo after saving
Cause
The issue has been identified and logged under JIRA RNR-2793
This issue is only occurring in Internet Explorer.
Resolution
A fix for this issue has not been identified yet
