When adding a recruiting user to the list of approvers of a job requisition, this user is granted permission to all job requisition fields.

Whenever we set a user as approver for a job requisition, this user will have one more operator role assigned, the V role. In this case, using a job requisition originator as example, this user would now have access to both roles O and V. If there isn't any permissions defined to the approver (V role) in the job requisition template, the users set as job requisition approvers will have access to all job requisition fields.

Access the job requisition template and define what are the fields job requisition approvers should have access to. If this is not defined in the template at all, users assigned to this role will have access to all fields.
