2836490 - Add New Employee or Add Contingent Worker Wizard Screen is Blank when trying to access it

• Add New Employee loads a blank page
• Add Contingent Worker loads a blank page

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Contingent Worker

1. Go to Add New Employee page or Add Contingent Worker Wizard.
2. A blank page is loaded

1. MDF objects out of sync
2. The company field is not added/disabled in HRIS Element jobInfo

To solve this issue, please follow the steps below:

Cause 1

1. Run the job "MDF Object Definition To DB SYNC" (Refer KBA 2534674 - How To Fix Inconsistencies In Metadata Framework (MDF))
2. Once the job completes successfully -> Test the Add New Employee Page again

Cause 2

Add company field in Manage Business Configuration > Employee Central > HRIS Elements > jobInfo
