2836642 - User cannot save bookmark to favorite folder in Portal

Symptom

You are not able to save bookmarks to favorite folder(My BEx Portfolio) in Portal.

When you switch to tab Favorites in the save dialog, the following error messages show up:

Resource exception raised
Cannot create bookmark
