2836727 - 900-001-6 Received When Opening a Job Requisition

When you open the job requisition you receive an error 900-001-6

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Open Recruiting 
2. Select a job requisition 
3. Error 900-001-6 received  

1. A possible cause for the error is due to a filter being removed from the Job Search Filters.
2. Misconfiguration with the filter/mfield parent child relationships. 
3. The Route Form tool has been used and this is not supported in RCM and therefore can corrupt job requisitions (error in the backend: Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: _formBean.v4form.pmJobReq == null)

Cause 1:

1. Go to Admin Center 
2. Search for External and Internal Career Search Settings 
3. Review the Internal and External Filters 
4. Add the Job Filter that had been removed

Cause 2:

1. Go to External and Internal Career Search Settings 
2. Review the parent child relationship of the filter/mfield.
3. Compare to the job req template. 
4. Parent child relationship does not match with job req template. 

Cause 3:

1. Delete corrupted job requisition
2. Create new job requisition
