2836845 - Transactions OOCU_RESP and PFAC do not resolve responsibilities correctly with incomplete responsibilities

Symptom

When using transactions OOCU_RESP, PFAC or similar with rules which have incomplete responsibilities, the following behavior is detected:

  • Incomplete responsibilities are always returned even if the missing parameter is specified in the query.
