Symptom
- You are running SAP Contact Center
- Queue Monitoring & Alarm Settings do not update after saving changes
- In the Web Client logs, you notice the following errors:
- ERR> ODBC error at /monitor/xml/monitor_settings_update.htm/dsUpdateSettings:
- 37000 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Length of LOB data (87096) to be replicated exceeds configured maximum 65536
- Use the stored procedure sp_configure to increase the configured maximum value for max text repl size option, which defaults to 65536
- A configured value of -1 indicates no limit, other that the limit imposed by the data type.; /* database [monitor/Configuration,wpfra]*/
- ERR> ODBC error at /monitor/xml/monitor_settings_update.htm/dsUpdateSettings:
- 01000 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]
