2837096 - Generated Report is Not Showing Correct Candidate Status - Recruiting Management

When generating a report, candidate status is not reflecting the actual information from the Application. Please see example below where the Candidate is in "New Application status and the report is showing "Offer".

SAP SucessFactors Recruiting Management - All Versions

1. Create an AdHoc Report using Recruiting V2
2. Select all Job Application information desired
3. Go to Job Requisition entity and select "Candidate Progress"

The specific field "Candidate Progress" doesn't bring up the status for the candidate in the Job Requisition, but instead, it shows the specific status from the most advanced candidate inside the Job Requisition. Please, refer to the article 2082139 for more information about the "Candidate Progress" behavior.

In order to see the Candidate Status in a Job Requisition, you can replace the "Candidate Progress" for "Application Status" from the Application Entity.
