2837128 - START_CALL_SICK - Standalone enqueue server 2 is not supported for releases < 7.51

Symptom

  • After a system refresh/copy and kernel downgrade the START_CALL_SICK dump is raised once user is logged on.
  • At dump Error analysis section, the following Error text is reported: Standalone enqueue server 2 is not supported for releases < 7.51
  • The sapcontrol -nr XX -function GetProcessList command (with XX being the ASCS instance number) returns "Running but status info unavailable" for the Enqueue Server.
