2837246 - Warning message "No valid BOM for top-level material" is displayed after running MRP

Symptom

Valid BOM has already been maintained in material master.
However, after running MD01N, warning message PPH_MRP/183 "No valid BOM for top-level material" is displayed when clicking "Materials with Messages".
This message can also be found in App "Display MRP Master Data Issues".
