2837499 - LMS user to user proxy, so users can act in another user's absence

What settings are there for user to user proxy on the LMS since proxy from the BizX side is not permitted. The goal is to allow users to assign items to other users through a proxy feature during a user's abscene.

SAP Learning management system

There are currently no settings that allow this functionaility. The only steps that can be done, is make the user a manager over the user, give the user manager rights through delegation, or allow the user administrator access to assing users items.
