2837583 - What is the purpose of grant proxy rights for learning

After enabling grant proxy rights for learning to a user, that user is not able to access the learning side of the user that it was granted rights to. The learning option dissappears when you proxy as a user, what is the point of the learning grant proxy then?

• This feature works with the admin tools feature.
• This grants user access to proxy as administrator through the admin center.

Currently this feature is to work with admin tools feature, we do not allow proxy from BizX to access LMS
