2837618 - ERDAT and ERNAM fields in table WYT3 are cleared when changing BP

When adding a partner-function to a supplier (create/display in role FLVN01, view 'purchasing data', tab 'Partner Functions'), for all existing partner functions, ERNAM and ERDAT (creation user and creation date) get deleted and only the 'newest entry' will have this value correctly populated.
