2837702 - SPQ Agent is down after it is enabled - SRS

Symptom

  • HADR system with external replication
  • When doing failover for upgrade, it stuck at the following command:

    sap_failover_drain_to_er 120

  • 
Disabled SPQ agent and the failover succeeded:
    

    configure spq_agent <dbname> disable
    

    • 

  • 

    
After the upgrade is completed, want to enable SPQ agent
    • 

  • Enabled SPQ agent with "configure spq_agent enable" command

    • 

  • SPQ agent stays down
