The manager-id is synced to a custom field in EP or BizX

The synced field shows as {"userDisplayValue":,"userId":"XXXXX"} in the EP Block in PP3 and in UDF

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - HRIS Sync

1. Configure an HRIS Sync Mapping for EC Field manager-id to any custom field in EP.
2. Run Full HRIS Sync to populate the data from manager-id to the custom field.
3. Check the custom field in EP from the Profile and the value shows as {"userDisplayValue":,"userId":"XXXXX"}.
4. Download UDF and the value for the custom field also shows as {"userDisplayValue":,"userId":"XXXXX"}.

As per Engineering Team and Product Management, based on the current design, it is not supported for user-id to sync to any custom fields. There is already a hard-coded sync from EC's manager-id to EP's managerId to support this scenario.

Alternatively, the managerId field in BizX/EP can be used instead since this is hard-coded to sync from manager-id in EC.
