You are receiving the following error when trying to add a Follow-up activity on an Event Reason

Sorry an error occurred while executing position processes. Reclassification or Transfer Error. You cannot save your changes because rule X defined for follow-up processes for the position failed. Please contact your system administrator. Rule execution context is null, either because jobInfo is not a valid object or jobInfo has no corresponding instance

Summary: X represents the rule attached to Job Information Position Sync on Admin Center -> Position Management Settings -> Synchronization -> Rule for Synchronizing Job Information to Position

1. Go to Manage Organization, Pay and Job Structurs
2. Select an Event Reason
3. Select a Follow-Up Activity
4. Try save the Event Reason

Result: Sorry an error occurred while executing position processes. Reclassification or Transfer Error. You cannot save your changes because rule X defined for follow-up processes for the position failed. Please contact your system administrator. Rule execution context is null, either because jobInfo is not a valid object or jobInfo has no corresponding instance

There is a miss configuration on Job Information to Position rule pointing to the wrong Job Information based object.

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Position Management Settings 
3. Synchronization tab
4. Open the rule attached on Rule for Synchronizing Job Information to Position
5. Click on Make Correction
6. Click to Edit the parameters
7. Make sure that "JobInfo" context is defined there instead of "jobinfo"
