2837759 - SAP_LMDB_DOWNLOAD_CONTENT - PATH_NOT_FOUND

Job SAP_LMDB_DOWNLOAD_CONTENT finishes, but the following message is raised in the job log that stops to import the CIM Model & CR Content.

No virus scan profile is selected as the "default profile"
Cannot execute virus scan
Cannot get file name with path for logical path DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_DIR with message PATH_NOT_FOUND

SAP Solution Manager 7.2 SP09 and higher

DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_PATH is not configured properly.

The general steps to configure logical path DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_PATH is described in Setting Up the Target Directory (SAP Help Portal).

For UNIX, keep the default definition for logical file DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_DIR and Logical Path DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_PATH.

For the other types of OS, add a new entry for DOWNLOAD_SERVICE_PATH. KBA 2830368 contains the detailed example steps for WINDOWS. The path format should be the desired path followed by /<FILENAME>. Windows Standard path - <P=DIR_EPS_ROOT>\in\<FILENAME>
