2838124 - Not Able to Replicate Account Relationship from ERP to C4C

You would like to replicate a Business Partner from ERP to C4C adding a self-reflexing relationship. Account XYZ has a relationship to itself (Account XYZ) as a Ship-To Party. The relationship is being sent on the BusinessPartnerERPReplicationIn payload, the message is successfully processed but the relationship is not being updated in C4C.

SAP Cloud for Customer

The system does not allow an account to be related to itself.

This is current standard behavior.
