Symptom

  • The following error reported in the ASE errorlog and leave a phantom lock
    Error: 835, Severity: 21, State: 11 reported in ASE errorlog, the stacks includes:
    smp_bufpredirty
    bt__scan_massoffset
    bt__qualpage
    bt__handle_LAdone
    bt_getnext
    dol_bt_getnext
    getnext

    Error: 6103, Severity: 17, State: 1
    Unable to do cleanup for the killed process; received Msg 835.

  • The network listener could also received  "Infected with signal 11" at address pss_free_seqhdrs follow Error 696, 692 and 803.
