2838571 - Unable to access payslip from EC: You cannot execute the Payslip Service for Security reasons

You are unable to access ECP payslips in EC, the following error message is displayed: "You cannot execute the Payslip Service for Security reasons. Please contact your admin."

• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

1. Logon to your SuccessFactors instance
2. Access payslip via Employee Profile
3. Error message is displayed

• This is due to a security feature being enabled in ECP side in order to avoid fixed users to be used for ECP logon.
• When a fixed user and password has been set up in SICF, ECP sessions can be established by anybody with internet access using the URL (in other words, any user with access to that URL will be authenticated with the fixed user)

Please configure SAML for Payslip authentication to avoid any risks, and allow only respective employees to see the payslip.

Do not enter any user/password in the PAYSLIP SICF service.
