One or more form is not presented for a certain candidate during Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

1. Advanced conditions in the form are not met for that candidate
2. Advanced conditions in the PDF are not met for that candidate

1. Navigate to Onboarding > Reference Files > Forms >
2. Find the form that is missing for candidate > select the form
3. Click on Conditions button, at the top
4. Check if there are any Conditions Rule created and compare them with the keys' values that were captured for the candidate
• For Product Support and Implementation Partners: search the candidate in SuperAdmin > HRDataID or in SupportMate and look for the key(s))
• For Customers: generate an Advanced Report filtering by candidate's data keys: see KBA 2161955

5. Navigate to Onboarding > Settings > PDF Forms
6. Find the form
7. Check in Filter area if there are any Conditions rule created
8. If so, compare them with the keys' values that were captured for the candidate to see whether they match or not (search the candidate in SuperAdmin > HRDataID or in SupportMate and look for the key(s)):
