2838707 - Finalized Calibration Session - talent flag updates

Calibration session has been finalized but Talent Flags (Risk of Loss, Impact of Loss, Reason For Leaving) are still being updated when modified via the Employee Profile

1. Go to Employee Profile and set a Talent Flag rating

2. Go to Calibration session and verify the same rating is showing and then finalize the session.

3. Go back to Employee Profile and set a different Talent Flag rating

4. Go back to Finalized Calibration session and the Talent Flag rating has also changed.

This is expected behavior.

For Talent Flag ratings, only the Latest rating will show in the Calibration session regardless if it is in Progress or if it is finalized/approved. Wherever the Talent Flag ratings are displayed (Calibration sessions, Performance History portlet), the latest rating will be pulled in and will replace the previous ratings given.
