Since the b1908 release (Q3 2019), all customers should see the Agency 2.0 UI and this article will provide more information about the changes and frequently asked questions.

The Agency 2.0 was introduced in the b1902 release (Q1 2019) and since the b1908 release (Q3 2019), the old Agency 1.0 is discontinued and replaced by the new Agency 2.0.

The following are frequently questions regarding the Agency 2.0 upgrade:
What is the new Agency 2.0?
Agency 2.0 is now generally available as Agency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite. Agency has an enhanced User Interface (UI) and improved user experience over Agency 1.0.
How do I enable Agency 2.0?
Switch to enable Agency will now be available on Admin Center > Manage Recruiting settings under Agency portal section > Recruitment Agency Access
Will Agency 2.0 have new URLs?
Yes. Old Agency 1.0 URL's will be redirected by default to the new 2.0 URLs.
Is it possible to keep using Agency 1.0?
The Agency 1.0 application will be sunset and will no longer be available after the b1908 system release.
Will be Agency 2.0 widely available for all Agency users after b1908?
Yes. All credentials to login to the Agency portal will work as usual.
Are there new Agency related settings in Admin Center?
The switch "Posting to specific agencies" will be moved to Admin Center -> Manage Recruiting Settings > Agency portal. The switch can be enabled if "Recruitment Agency Access" is enabled. End users will not be able to disable the switch, once it is enabled for the first time.
Will Agency 2.0 support additional pieces of information (like candidate skill requirements or job requisition specifics) to be provided to the agencies, compared to Agency 1.0?
No. Agency 2.0 was not designed with this goal, being rather directed towards UI and user experience enhancements.

In the Agency 2.0 login page, users must enter the Company ID and the Agency ID in two separate fields. For more information, refer to the article: 2836512

- Sorting Job Requisition
Now users have the ability to sort the Jobs based the following criteria:
- Job Title
- Requisition ID
- Posting Start Date
- Posting End Date
- Forwarded Candidate Details
Users can now see the Jobs that a Candidate has been forwarded, as well the Job Title, Req ID and Status.
- Sorting Candidates
Now users have the ability to sort the Candidates based the following criteria:
- Candidate Name
- Created On
NOTES:
- All new Agency portal pages content is shown based on browser locale. If browser locale is not part of the supported application locales, then the Default Language that is configured in Provisioning is shown.
