2838763 - What is the difference between a Web Intelligence reports Author and Owner?

In BI Launchpad, for some WebI reports, when right clicking on a report and selecting Details, the Owner is set to one user, but when opening the report and viewing Document Summary, the Author is a different user.

Why are they different?

Also checking it, From query builder:

1. Login to Query Builder as an administrator using the following link:
   http://servername:portno/AdminTools
2. Enter SELECT SI_ID, SI_NAME, SI_OWNER from CI_INFOOBJECTS where SI_KIND = 'webi'

It shows that Author is different user compared to Owner in webi reports
