2838825 - When creating an Input control with Entry field and then changing it to Combo Box specifically causes the webi report to freeze

When creating an Input control with Entry field and then changing it to Combo Box specifically causes the webi report to freeze.
It happens in any browser.
It happens only in the HTML mode and works fine in Applet mode and Webi Rich Client.
If we select Combo Box directly then it works fine.
This behavior is also reproducible when we select Entry field first -> Radio button -> Combo box.
