2838826 - Add Survey Button Is Not Available in Offline Mode for Leads

Symptom

The add survey button is not available for leads when the user is working in offline mode.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Click on Sync Now icon.
  2. After synchronized, click on Go Offline.
  3. Go to the Sales work center.
  4. Go to the Leads work view.
  5. Create a new Lead ABC.
  6. Save and Open.
  7. Go to the Survey facet.

Result: The "Add Survey" button is not available. 

Cause

Add survey in offline mode for leads is currently not supported.

Resolution

To add a survey for leads the user should ensure that the system is set in online mode.
