2838998 - Error RSB4HANA003 occurs when try to collect a DTP from transport connection

The following error occurs when collect a DTP from transport connection:

Object type DTPA cannot be exported in BW4HANA edition
Message no. RSB4HANA003

Diagnosis
The object of type DTPA with the name <DTP technican name> should be moved to a transport request or is already part of a transport request, and this transport request should be released. Objects of type DTPA cannot be exported in a B4HANA environment.
